Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all approach, the Web3 Woman Hub adopts a carefully curated three-tier approach to achieve all milestones at the core of its goals. These strategies are deployed to ensure sustainable impacts & results as all efforts are focused on empowering every woman to be a CHANGEMAKER in their own sphere.

• Community

The community structure as designed by the WWH team envisages a virtual ecosystem that provides safe space, guided co-learning facilities, career advancement opportunities, as well as ambassador programs to promote inclusion in diversity.

At the core of the community system are the:

• Boot Camps, Hackathons & other guided learning opportunities.

The boot camp gives everyone equal access to high quality learning materials while the hackathon rewards innovations. The WWH team may also occasionally incorporate other learning opportunities into the ecosystem structure.

• Developer/Accelerator Programs:

This is designed to guide budding developers and projects within the ecosystem through the right path to project success, match ecosystem projects with funding from VCs & shield them from all possible negative experiences.

• Career Clubs:

This community system is designed to tend to the career needs of members, match talents with opportunities, students with mentors and a safe learning space where members can grow their career without feeling lost/left out.

• Digital Campaigns

The WWH leverages social and digital campaigns as a major avenue to promote awareness, education and inclusion initiatives.

Over the last 10 months, the Web3 Woman Hub has consistently anchored the Women Web3 Wednesday as its maiden digital campaign.

The Women Web3 Wednesday has been translated in over 20 Local languages by volunteer translators and has impacted 2000 women who now anticipate the weekly campaign.

In Q3 2023, the WWH team introduced new campaigns to keep women around the globe in the loop of technological advancement & their place in it, also making available highly empowering materials.

• Social Impact

While some women battle with barriers to success within the corporate ecosystem, other women are yet to even have access to technology or internet services.

Through its Social Impact Programs, the Web3 Woman Hub aims to improve the living conditions for women in underserved and underrepresented communities, champion several actions for better environment and climate changes and in the process empower several other women to lead these positive causes in their local regions.

The Web3 Woman Hub Social Impact Programs shall focus on:
